Refund policy

Replacements & Claims

  • Replacement requests are valid within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our support team with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Plant Replacement Terms

  • Plants are eligible for replacement only if they arrived damaged or non-recoverable, including:

    • Broken Plants

    • Snapped stems

    • Completely dried or dead foliage

  • Replacements are not offered for plants that can still be revived through proper care.

Planters & Pots

  • Planters/pots can be replaced only if they have visible cracks or breakage upon arrival.

Missing / Undelivered Parts

  • Any missing or undelivered components will be resent at no extra cost.


General Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: All returns must be shipped to the provided return address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (flowers, plants, food, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
