Replacement requests are valid within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our support team with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Plant Replacement Terms

Plants are eligible for replacement only if they arrived damaged or non-recoverable, including:

Broken Plants

Snapped stems

Completely dried or dead foliage

Replacements are not offered for plants that can still be revived through proper care.
Planters & Pots

Planters/pots can be replaced only if they have visible cracks or breakage upon arrival.
Missing / Undelivered Parts

Any missing or undelivered components will be resent at no extra cost.
General Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: All returns must be shipped to the provided return address. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
